Negotiated Billing Rates definition

Negotiated Billing Rates means the Fixed Hourly Rates of compensation established by mutual agreement between the parties in lieu of calculation by Direct Salaries and Salary Cost Factors, paid to the CONSULTANT’s and subconsultant’s employees for work directly performed on this AGREEMENT, inclusive of all salary, payroll-related taxes, payments, premiums, benefits, and indirect general and administrative costs.
