Needs and Services Plan definition

Needs and Services Plan means a comprehensive, individualized, time limited, goal oriented plan, developed and implemented by CONTRACTOR identifying the specific needs of an individual Placed Child, including, but not limited to, those items specified in Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 5, Section 87068.2 and 87068.22, that delineates those Services necessary in order to meet the Placed Child's identified needs.
Needs and Services Plan means the documentation of the child/youth’s specific behavioral 34 goals (including transition goals) and mental health services provided by the STRTP in consultation with 35 the CFT as required by Section 87068.2 of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations.
Needs and Services Plan means a time-limited, goal-oriented written plan implemented by the licensee which identifies the specific needs of an individual child, including but not limited to the items specified in Section 83068.2, and delineates those service needs necessary in order to meet the child's identified needs.

Related to Needs and Services Plan

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.
