NEE means NextEra Energy, Inc.

NEE. Director" means any Person who (i) is referred to as such in Section 5.1 of this Agreement or has become a Director pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and (ii) has not ceased to be a Director pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. "Directors" mean all such Persons. For purposes of the Act, the Directors shall be deemed to be the "managers" (as such term is defined and used in the Act) of the Company. • All Expenses and Governmental Charges reimbursable pursuant to this Article 7 shall be reimbursed by NEE Operating LP no later than the date that is thirty (30) days after receipt of an Expense Statement.
