NDT Business definition
NDT Business means the business activities of the Companies involving the design, assembly, installation and maintenance in the field of x-ray components, sub-assemblies and systems for non-destructive testing purposes for customers in a variety of industrial applications.

Without limiting the provisions of Section 5.2, Parent shall be entitled to participate in the identification of potential purchasers of the Company NDT Business and to review all proposals received from and to participate in all discussions and negotiations with potential purchasers.
The Company is the direct or indirect holder and beneficial owner of all the shares in various subsidiaries in the X-Ray business (including the NDT Business and the SEC Business) (singly a “Subsidiary” and collectively the “Subsidiaries”) as set out in Schedule 2.
