NDC Code definition

NDC Code means the National Drug Code for a Product assigned to each drug product listed under section 510 of the Act.
NDC Code means the National Drug Code number assigned as a listing number to each drug or class of drugs as described in section 510(e) of the Act.

  • FFDCA means the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. §301 et seq., as amended from time to time, together with any rules, regulations and requirements promulgated thereunder (including all additions, supplements, extensions, and modifications thereto).
