  • NCTB shall ensure the complete material and activities relating to provision of the services under Article I hereof at its own costs.

  • By signing hereof, the Mother grants approval to NCTB with processing of her personal data and with incorporation of the data (mother and child/children) into the internal NCTB register.

  • In case of the Mother’s need (clinical utilization) NCTB shall hand over AUCB to the entity authorized to realize its clinical utilization.

  • If – despite this fact – the Mother insists on AUCB storage and notifies this fact in writing to NCTB, this service shall be provided to her, otherwise AUCB will be disposed of at the NCTB cost.

  • NCTB shall ensure collection of AUCB through the qualified medical staff; the Provided Services shall be ensured under the conditions and terms stipulated by relevant legal regulations.
