Examples of NCCI Common Stock in a sentence

  • To the extent any employee benefit plan, incentive compensation plan, employee stock purchase plan or other similar plan of NCCI or any of its subsidiaries provides for the issuance or purchase of, or otherwise relates to, NCCI Common Stock, after the Effective Time of the Merger such plan shall be deemed to provide for the issuance or purchase of, or otherwise relate to, TBA Common Stock.

  • Each Seller will execute a Registration Rights Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C and shall have the registration and other rights provided in such Registration Rights Agreement with respect to any shares of NCCI Common Stock issued pursuant to Section 1.2(b) hereof, which Registration Rights Agreement is hereby incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full in this Agreement.
