The voluntary remedial action shall include the remediation of any hazardous substances as defined in G.S. 130A-310(2) and any contaminants as defined in 15A NCAC 2L that have been disposed, deposited, discarded, discharged, or abandoned at the Site.
This delegation shall be done according to 15A NCAC 01O .0101 Scope of Delegated Authority.
