All such CDMA Software Units shall be measured, calculated and charged on the basis of the EVCs as registered in the SBS on Buyer's System at the time of implementation, as follows: NBSS Software Units License Fee Then-Current List Price x EVCs (on the basis of one EVC per active voice port) Switch Software Units License Fee Then-Current List Price x T1 spans (one T1 span equals 24 EVCs) The CDMA Software Units license fees do not include any CDMA Software Upgrades.
