NBPC definition

NBPC means Northern Border Pipeline Company, a Texas general partnership.
NBPC shall have the meaning specified in the recitals.
NBPC is defined in the first recital.

  • Other than (i) the Partnership’s ownership interest in the Intermediate Partnerships and (ii) the Intermediate Partnerships’ ownership interests in each of Bison, Great Lakes, GTN, NBPC, North Baja, Tuscarora and TC Pipelines Tuscarora LLC, as applicable, neither the Partnership nor the Intermediate Partnerships own, directly or indirectly, any equity or long-term debt securities of any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association or other entity.

  • No labor dispute with the employees of the Partnership Entities, NBPC or Tuscarora exists or, to the knowledge of the Partnership Entities, is imminent or threatened, that would result in a Material Adverse Effect.
