NBC BUSINESS definition
NBC BUSINESS means the business of delivering Licensed Content (as defined below) on the Contributed Sites.
NBC BUSINESS means the business and operations of the NBC Companies as currently conducted including the worldwide business of (i) the provision of network television services to affiliated broadcast television stations within the U.S. and its territories; (ii) the operation of television broadcasting stations; (iii) the ownership and operation of domestic and international cable/satellite networks around the world; (iv) the production, distribution, syndication and licensing of news, information and entertainment programming and other related content and merchandising relating thereto and (v) investment activities in cable television and the Internet.
