NBA Franchise definition

NBA Franchise means the NBA franchise known as the "Denver Nuggets" and all rights of Nuggets Sub and Ascent Sports pursuant to the agreements with the NBA related thereto.
NBA Franchise. The right of the Borrower under the NBA Charter, as a member of the NBA, to operate a professional basketball team. NBA Partnership Agreement. NBA Franchise means and includes membership in and all associated rights, privileges and powers granted by the NBA to the Team, and its successors and assigns, to operate a basketball team and conduct Home Games as a member of the NBA.
