naval ship definition

naval ship means any vessel, which belongs to the armed forces of a State, bears its national insignia, is under the command of a commissioned officer, whose name appears in the service list of officers of the navy of the respective State or in another equivalent document and is manned by a crew, which is under regular armed forces discipline.
