NAV Valuation Date definition

NAV Valuation Date means, at a minimum, Thursday of each week, or if any Thursday is not a business day, the immediately preceding business day, and includes any other date on which the Manager elects, in its discretion, to calculate the NAV per Unit.
NAV Valuation Date means each business day on which the Net Asset Value per Unit is calculated.
NAV Valuation Date means the first date on which the Company determines its net asset value, not later than 150 days following the second anniversary of the date that the Company satisfies the minimum offering requirement.

Examples of NAV Valuation Date in a sentence

  • If a NAV Valuation Date is not a business day, then the securities comprising the Company’s property will be valued as if such NAV Valuation Date were the preceding business day.

  • Prior to the Wind-Down Period, upon the breach of the Investment Restrictions on any NAV Valuation Date, Sale Proceeds pertaining to the relevant Portfolio from the sale of any Credit Asset may be reinvested by the Investment Manager provided that the relevant thresholds pertaining to the Investment Restrictions of the relevant Portfolio are maintained or improved immediately after such reinvestment.

  • Investment Restrictions: The Investment Manager will ensure that the Portfolio complieswith the Investment Restrictions on each NAV Valuation Date but for the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the Portfolio does not meet the Investment Restrictions on any NAV Valuation Date, such will not constitute an Event of Default pursuant to the Issue Deed unless such non-compliance continues unremedied for two (2) consecutive months.

  • Redemption Requests received after the Redemption Request Due Date will be processed on the following NAV Valuation Date.


More Definitions of NAV Valuation Date

NAV Valuation Date means, subject to Condition 7(d)(iv), the twenty-fifth (25th) day of each calendar month commencing in October 2009 provided that, if any relevant NAV Valuation Date would otherwise fall on a non-Business Day, it shall be the immediately following Business Day, unless that date would fall in the following calendar month, in which instance it shall be the immediately preceding Business Day .
NAV Valuation Date means the Business Day upon which the NAV of the Portfolio and/or any Note is calculated as set out in the relevant Issue Deed.

  • MFP Valuation Date means the MFP Settlement Valuation Date;

  • ST Valuation Date means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • FX Valuation Date means the FX Calculation Date immediately following the respective Valuation Date.

  • Bid Valuation Date means May 10, 2010.

  • SPS Valuation Date means the SPS FR Barrier Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.

  • Auto-Call Valuation Date means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, each day specified as such in the definition of Auto-Call Trigger Level, or if any such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day for such Index, the next following Scheduled Trading Day in respect of such Index.

  • Annual Valuation Date means the Valuation Date each calendar year so designated by the Trust, commencing in the calendar year 2003.

  • Approved Valuation Firm means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, each of (a) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (b) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, (c) Lincoln International LLC, (d) Duff & Xxxxxx and (e) any other nationally recognized valuation firm approved by the Borrower and the Facility Agent.

  • Early Preference Share Valuation Date means the date specified as such in the relevant Early Preference Share Redemption Notice which shall fall not less than one day and not more than 180 days following the day such Early Preference Share Redemption Notice is given. The Early Preference Share Redemption Notice may provide that such date is subject to adjustment in accordance with certain disruption or adjustment events, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 5; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 3 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 3.
