Natural material definition

Natural material means any stalactite, stalagmite, helictite, anthodite, gypsum flower or needle, flowstone, drapery, column, tufa dam, clay or mud formation or concretion, crystalline mineral formation, and any wall, ceiling, or mineral protuberance therefrom, whether attached or broken, found in any cave.

  • Waste Material means (1) any “hazardous substance” under Section 101(14) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(14); (2) any pollutant or contaminant under Section 101(33) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(33); (3) any “solid waste” under Section 1004(27) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. § 6903(27); and (4) any “hazardous substance” under Wis. Stat. § 292.01.

  • Fill material means material deposited in accordance with these specifications from any of the classes specified in order to build up an earthworks construction to formation level as shown on the Drawings or as ordered by the Project Manager. The Contractor shall obtain the fill material from a source approved by the Project Manager.

  • Pyrophoric material means any liquid that ignites spontaneously in dry or moist air at or below 130° F (54.4° C) or solid, other than one classed as an explosive, which under normal conditions is liable to cause fires through friction, retained heat from manufacturing or processing, or which can be ignited readily and, when ignited, burns so vigorously and persistently as to create a serious transportation, handling, or disposal hazard.   • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Byproduct material means any radioactive material (except Special Nuclear Material) yielded in, or made radioactive by, exposure to the radiation incident to the process of producing or utilizing Special Nuclear Material.

  • Promotional Material means any communication that relates to the Company or its services made to or directed at, or that relates in any way to the solicitation of a Prospective Customer or a transaction in an Existing Customer’s trading account. Promotional Material includes, but is not limited to, published written texts, training materials, advertisements, market analysis, research reports, correspondence to Existing Customers or Prospective Customers, newsletters and generally anything written that assists in the solicitation process.

  • Waste Materials means any Contamination-causing solid, semi-solid, or liquid material discarded, buried, or otherwise present on the Property, and may include sludge, slag, or solid waste materials such as empty containers and demolition debris or materials containing asbestos, lead-based paint, or petroleum or other contaminants.

  • ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.
