Natural uranium means uranium with the naturally occurring distribution of uranium isotopes, which is approximately 0.711 weight percent uranium-235, and the remainder by weight essentially uranium-238.
Floodplain Development Permit means any type of permit that is required in conformance with the provisions of this ordinance, prior to the commencement of any development activity.
Natural area means an area of the rural or non-urban environment which is in an unspoilt natural state or is of high scenic value, and includes, but is not limited to, national parks, game reserves, nature reserves, marine reserves, wilderness areas, areas of extensive agriculture and scenic areas;
Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.
Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.
Potential geologic hazard area means an area that:
Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).
Floodplain or flood-prone area means any land area susceptible to being inundated by water from any source. See "Flood or flooding."
natural boundary means the visible high water mark, or bankfull width, of any lake, river, stream or other body of water where the presence and action of the water are so common and usual, and so long continued in all ordinary years, as to mark on the soil of the bed of the body of water a character distinct from that of its banks, in vegetation, as well as in the nature of the soil itself;
Whole effluent toxicity means the aggregate toxic effect of an effluent measured directly by a toxicity test.
CREFC® Significant Insurance Event Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Significant Insurance Event Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the framework adopted by the Recipient through its Ministry of Planning and Investment’s Decision No 116/QD-BKH dated January 22, 2010 and referred to in the paragraph 2 of Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, which sets out the environmental protection measures in respect of the Project, as well as administrative and monitoring arrangements to ensue the implementation of said framework, as said Environmental Management Framework may be revised from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Association.
Natural gas utility means an investor-owned business engaged in the sale and distribution of natural gas within this state whose rates are regulated by the commission.
Natural environment means the air, land and water, or any combination or part thereof, of the Province of Ontario; (“environnement naturel”)
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or "SWPPP" means a document that is prepared in accordance with good engineering practices and that identifies potential sources of pollutants that may reasonably be expected to affect the quality of stormwater discharges from the construction site, and otherwise meets the requirements of this Ordinance. In addition the document shall identify and require the implementation of control measures, and shall include, but not be limited to the inclusion of, or the incorporation by reference of, an approved erosion and sediment control plan, an approved stormwater management plan, and a pollution prevention plan.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan means a document which describes the on- site program activities to utilize BMPs to eliminate or reduce pollutant discharges to the storm water conveyance system to the maximum extent practicable.
Pollution prevention means any activity that through process changes, product reformulation or redesign, or substitution of less polluting raw materials, eliminates or reduces the release of air pollutants (including fugitive emissions) and other pollutants to the environment prior to recycling, treatment, or disposal; it does not mean recycling (other than certain “in-process recycling” practices), energy recovery, treatment, or disposal.
In-Orbit Insurance means, with respect to any Satellite (or, if the entire Satellite is not owned by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, as the case may be, the portion of the Satellite it owns or for which it has risk of loss), insurance (subject to a right of coinsurance in an amount up to $150,000,000) or other contractual arrangement providing for coverage against the risk of loss of or damage to such Satellite (or portion, as applicable) attaching upon the expiration of the launch insurance therefor (or, if launch insurance is not procured, upon the initial completion of in-orbit testing) and attaching, during the commercial in-orbit service of such Satellite (or portion, as applicable), upon the expiration of the immediately preceding corresponding policy or other contractual arrangement, as the case may be, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
General air quality operating permit or "general permit" means an air quality operating permit that meets the requirements of ARM 17.8.1222, covers multiple sources in a source category, and is issued in lieu of individual permits being issued to each source.
Sanitation means the promotion of hygiene and the prevention of disease and other consequences of ill health relating to environmental factors ;
National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.
Natural radioactivity means radioactivity of naturally occurring nuclides.
Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:
SOUND NATURAL TEETH means teeth that: • are free of active or chronic clinical decay; • have at least fifty percent (50%) bony support; • are functional in the arch; and • have not been excessively weakened by multiple dental procedures. SPECIALTY PRESCRIPTION DRUG is a type of prescription drug listed on our formulary that generally is identified by, but not limited to, features such as: • being produced by DNA technology; • treats chronic or long term disease; • requires customized clinical monitoring and patient support; and • needs special handling.
Diatomaceous earth filtration means a process resulting in substantial particulate removal in which a precoat cake of diatomaceous earth filter media is deposited on a support membrane (septum), and while the water is filtered by passing through the cake on the septum, additional filter media known as body feed is continuously added to the feed water to maintain the permeability of the filter cake.
