Natural Gas Projects. The natural gas projects acquired and developed by the Fund. "Partnership Minimum Gain" --- Shall have the meaning set forth in Regulations Section 1.704-(2) (b) (2) and 1.704-2(d). "Placement Agent" --- Ridgewood Securities Corporation, a Delaware corporation, or any successor. "Profits" or "Losses"--- For a given fiscal period, an amount equal to the taxable income or loss for such period, determined in accordance with Code Section 703 (a) (for this purpose, all items of income, gain, expense, loss, deduction or credit required to be stated separately pursuant to Code Section 703 (a) (1) shall be included in taxable income or loss), with the following adjustments: (a) Any income that is exempt from federal income tax and not otherwise taken into account in computing Profits or Losses pursuant to this definition and any income and gain described in Regulation Section 1.7041 (b)(2)(iv)(g) shall be added to such taxable income or loss; (b) Any expenditures described in Code Section 705 (a)(2)(B) or treated as Code Section 705(a)(2)(B) expenditures pursuant to Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv)(i), and not otherwise taken into account in computing Profits or Losses pursuant to this definition shall be subtracted from such taxable income or loss; (c) In the event of a distribution in kind under Section 8.4, the amount of any unrealized gain or loss deemed to have been realized on the property distributed shall be added or subtracted from such taxable income or loss; and (d) Notwithstanding any other provision of this definition, any items that are specially allocated pursuant to Sections 4.3, and 7.4 shall not be taken into account in computing Profits or Losses.
Natural Gas Projects. The natural gas projects acquired and developed by the Fund.
Natural Gas Projects means, collectively, the Hanging Rock Project, the Washington Project, the Fayette Project, the Xxx Project and the Dicks Creek Project (each, as defined in Appendix I) and each, individually, a “Natural Gas Project.”

Natural Gas Projects. ’ means two exclusive natural gas pipeline distribution

  • Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;

  • Natural Gas or "Gas" shall mean natural gas, processed, unprocessed, vaporized liquid natural gas, synthetic gas, propane-air mixture or any mixture of these gases.

  • Gas well means a well producing gas or natural gas from a common source of gas supply as determined by the commission.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Natural gas utility means an investor-owned business engaged in the sale and distribution of natural gas within this state whose rates are regulated by the commission.

  • Oil and Gas Properties means (a) Hydrocarbon Interests; (b) the Properties now or hereafter pooled or unitized with Hydrocarbon Interests; (c) all presently existing or future unitization, pooling agreements and declarations of pooled units and the units created thereby (including without limitation all units created under orders, regulations and rules of any Governmental Authority) which may affect all or any portion of the Hydrocarbon Interests; (d) all operating agreements, contracts and other agreements, including production sharing contracts and agreements, which relate to any of the Hydrocarbon Interests or the production, sale, purchase, exchange or processing of Hydrocarbons from or attributable to such Hydrocarbon Interests; (e) all Hydrocarbons in and under and which may be produced and saved or attributable to the Hydrocarbon Interests, including all oil in tanks, and all rents, issues, profits, proceeds, products, revenues and other incomes from or attributable to the Hydrocarbon Interests; (f) all tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and Properties in any manner appertaining, belonging, affixed or incidental to the Hydrocarbon Interests and (g) all Properties, rights, titles, interests and estates described or referred to above, including any and all Property, real or personal, now owned or hereinafter acquired and situated upon, used, held for use or useful in connection with the operating, working or development of any of such Hydrocarbon Interests or Property (excluding drilling rigs, automotive equipment, rental equipment or other personal Property which may be on such premises for the purpose of drilling a well or for other similar temporary uses) and including any and all oil xxxxx, gas xxxxx, injection xxxxx or other xxxxx, buildings, structures, fuel separators, liquid extraction plants, plant compressors, pumps, pumping units, field gathering systems, tanks and tank batteries, fixtures, valves, fittings, machinery and parts, engines, boilers, meters, apparatus, equipment, appliances, tools, implements, cables, wires, towers, casing, tubing and rods, surface leases, rights-of-way, easements and servitudes together with all additions, substitutions, replacements, accessions and attachments to any and all of the foregoing.

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.

  • Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.

  • Renewable energy project means (A) a project

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Energy project means the installation or modification of an energy efficiency improvement or the acquisition, installation, or improvement of a renewable energy system.

  • Energy Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy deliveries at a specified point on the Transmission System. Energy Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Energy Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service.

  • Hydrocarbon means a compound consisting of hydrogen and carbon, which, when naturally occurring, may also contain other elements such as sulphur;

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Compressed natural gas means a mixture of hydrocarbon gases and vapors that consists primarily of methane in gaseous form that has been compressed for use as a fuel to propel a motor vehicle.

  • Electric utility steam generating unit means any steam electric generating unit that is constructed for the purpose of supplying more than one-third of its potential electric output capacity and more than 25 MW electrical output to any utility power distribution system for sale. Any steam supplied to a steam distribution system for the purpose of providing steam to a steam-electric generator that would produce electrical energy for sale is also considered in determining the electrical energy output capacity of the affected facility.

  • Energy efficiency project means an energy efficiency measure or combination of measures undertaken in accordance with a standard offer or market transformation program.

  • Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.

  • Hydrocarbons means oil, gas, casinghead gas, drip gasoline, natural gasoline, condensate, distillate, liquid hydrocarbons, gaseous hydrocarbons and all products refined or separated therefrom.

  • Pressurized gas duster means a pressurized product labeled to remove dust from a surface solely by means of mass air or gas flow, including surfaces such as photographs, photographic film negatives, computer keyboards, and other types of surfaces that cannot be cleaned with solvents. “Pressurized Gas Duster” does not include “Dusting Aid.”

  • Transportation project means any project that the department is authorized by law to undertake including but not limited to a highway, tollway, bridge, mass transit, intelligent transportation system, traffic management, traveler information services, or any other project for transportation purposes.

  • Hydroelectric energy means water used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Solid Fuel means wood, coal, and other similar organic material or combination of these materials.

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that is able to operate in cogeneration mode;
