Natural Gas Policy Act definition

Natural Gas Policy Act means the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978.
Natural Gas Policy Act or “NGPA” means the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated by FERC thereunder.
Natural Gas Policy Act means the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978. “Net Company Position” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.18. “Net Parent Position” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.19. “NJBCA” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
