NATSS definition

NATSS means North America Terminal and Stevedoring Services LLC, a California limited liability company. NATSS is not a common carrier or public utility and is the sole interpreter of this Schedule. At no time is any Terminal or Service User under this Schedule to be deemed a borrowed servant of NATSS.

Related to NATSS

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
