Native Wi-Fi definition

Native Wi-Fi means a technology which allows mobile phone calls and texts to be made on a device utilising a Wi-Fi connection rather than through the mobile network directly;

  • Weapon-free school zone means school property and a vehicle used by a school to transport students to or from school property.

  • CAFRA Planning Map means the map used by the Department to identify the location of Coastal Planning Areas, CAFRA centers, CAFRA cores, and CAFRA nodes. The CAFRA Planning Map is available on the Department's Geographic Information System (GIS).

  • Designated country construction material means a construction material that is a WTO GPA country construction material, an FTA country construction material, a least developed country construction material, or a Caribbean Basin country construction material.

  • Control Investment Affiliate as to any Person, any other Person that (a) directly or indirectly, is in control of, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such Person and (b) is organized by such Person primarily for the purpose of making equity or debt investments in one or more companies. For purposes of this definition, “control” of a Person means the power, directly or indirectly, to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person whether by contract or otherwise.

  • Non-Investment Personnel means any Employee that does not meet the definition of Investment Personnel as listed above.
