National Repository definition

National Repository means any Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repository for purposes of the Rule.
National Repository means the MSRB's Electronic Municipal Market Access website, a/k/a "EMMA" (emma.msrb.org).
National Repository means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board through its Electronic Municipal Market Access (“EMMA”) system at www.emma.msrb.org or any successor National Repositories as determined by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

More Definitions of National Repository

National Repository means for purposes of the Rule, the Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) system created by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board.
National Repository means a "nationally recognized municipal securities information repository" within the meaning of Rule 15c2-12. As of the date of this Agreement, the National Repository designated by the SEC in accordance with Rule 15c2-12 is EMMA.
National Repository means the MSRB's Electronic Municipal Market Access website, a/k/a "EMMA" (emma.msrb.org). "Official Statement" shall mean the Issuer's Official Statement for the Bonds, dated _, 2018.
National Repository means, at any point in time, a nationally recognized municipal securities information repository which is then recognized as such by the SEC; as of the date of this Disclosure Certificate, the sole National Repository is the MSRB, which accepts filings via its Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) system at http://emma.msrb.org.
National Repository means any Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repository for purposes of the Rule. The National Repositories currently approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission are set forth in Exhibit A hereof.
