National Provider Identifier definition

National Provider Identifier means the Standard Unique Health Identifier for Healthcare Providers; Final Rule at 45 C.F.R. Part 162.
National Provider Identifier. (NPI) means a number issued to a provider by HHS. "Nursing facility" has the same meaning as in section 5165.01 of the Revised Code. "ODA" means the Ohio department of aging.
National Provider Identifier or "NPI" means the identifier described under Code of Federal Regulations, title 45, part 162.406.
