National Market Listing definition

National Market Listing means the listing or quotation, as applicable, of securities on the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE MKT LLC, The NASDAQ Global Market, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Capital Market (each, a “NASDAQ Stock Market“), or the listing or quotation, as applicable, of securities on an exchange or quotation system that is a successor to the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE MKT LLC or a NASDAQ Stock Market.
