The warning and informing system for the population of the Republic of Armenia can be built into a regional warning and informing system for the population of the Southern Caucasian and neighboring states about trans boundary emergencies. An expertise accumulated at training of the population, including local government bodies can find its successful implementation while preparing and holding the similar “National Campaigns” in neighboring countries, taking into account their specific geographic and natural-climatic conditions. In this way the goal aiming to develop and implement the above “National Campaign” in the Republic of Armenia extends across a pure nation framework, acquiring a significant regional nature.
