Named Port definition
Named Port means the port notified by the Buyer in accordance with clause 15.5 to which the Seller shall make delivery of the Goods on the Delivery Date.

The material is to be shipped on ocean going vessels FOB Port of loading or CIF Named Port of Destination herein referred to as "Port of Loading" of Port of Destination as the case may be shown on the front hereof.
Deliveries to non-continental U.S. destinations will be CIF (Named Port of Destination).
