Nalcor definition

Nalcor has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement and includes Nalcor’s successors and permitted assigns;

Nalcor means Nalcor Energy, a corporation existing pursuant to the Energy Corporation Act (Newfoundland and Labrador), and includes its successors;

Nalcor means Nalcor Energy, a company that is incorporated under a special act of the Legislature of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador as a Crown corporation;
