NAI Amount definition
NAI Amount of a Note means a pro rata share of the aggregate amount of NAI required to be applied to the relevant class of Notes in accordance with the following sentence. On the Note Interest Payment Date immediately following any Interest Determination Date on which NAI has arisen, the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Notes will, subject as set out in Condition 6(a), be reduced by an amount equal to such NAI as applied to the class of Notes in reverse sequential order beginning with the Class B Notes.
