From the date of obtaining the NABH accreditation the applicable rates shall be the rates applicable in NABH accredited hospital.
The appointment shall be made no later than 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the Execution Date and shall expire upon NABH accreditation in accordance with Clause 21.4.

Further, the Authority shall use their best efforts to assist the Concessionaire in obtaining the NABH accreditation.
