NABH accreditation means the public recognition by NABH of the achievement of accreditation standards by a healthcare organization, demonstrated through an independent external peer assessment of that organization’s level of performance in relation to the standards. The achievement of accreditation shall mean the lowest accreditation provided by the NABH and NABH Accredited shall be construed accordingly

Examples of NABH accreditation in a sentence

  • From the date of obtaining the NABH accreditation the applicable rates shall be the rates applicable in NABH accredited hospital.

  • The appointment shall be made no later than 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the Execution Date and shall expire upon NABH accreditation in accordance with Clause 21.4.

  • The Concessionaire shall, within 8 years from Appointed Date or COD of Phase II, whichever is earlier, procure the related NABH accreditation and thereafter maintain throughout the Concession Period, including Phase III, NABH Accreditation for the Project, and shall provide a certified copy thereof including its renewals to the Authority forthwith.

  • The Provider shall promptly notify the SHA in case the Provider is not in compliance with any NABH accreditation conditions.

  • The Provider understands that on expiry of NABH accreditation the Provider shall not be an EHCP under the Scheme.

  • The Provider shall make all possible efforts to remedy aforesaid non compliance with respect to NABH accreditation.

  • The Medical Facility shall be deemed to be complete upon Completion of the Hospital Phase I, Completion of Hospital Phase II, Completion of the Medical College and the Concessionaire procuring the NABH accreditation.

  • The Concessionaire shall, within 8 years from Appointed Date procure the related NABH accreditation and thereafter maintain throughout the Concession Period, NABH Accreditation for the Project, and shall provide a certified copy thereof including its renewals to the Authority forthwith.

  • Upon obtaining NABH accreditation, the Concessionaire shall ensure that the NABH accreditation is maintained during the Concession Period as per applicable regulations.

  • Further, the Authority shall use their best efforts to assist the Concessionaire in obtaining the NABH accreditation.
