N-2 Release Level definition

N-2 Release Level means the next to most recently released and generally available Major Release prior to N-1 Release Level.

  • As directed by Customer, supporting the N-1 Release Level, the N-2 Release Level, and earlier versions of the Software for the longer of the following: (1) the version N Release Level’s general public availability or (2) from the time the Third-Party Supplier ceases to support such version.

Related to N-2 Release Level

  • Use Level means the maximum permitted use level for each Use Type, as specified in the applicable Notification Form.

  • Base Level means the following amounts plus the percentage

  • Collateral Release Period means each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.
