As directed by Customer, supporting the N-1 Release Level, the N-2 Release Level, and earlier versions of the Software for the longer of the following: (1) the version N Release Level’s general public availability or (2) from the time the Third-Party Supplier ceases to support such version.
Use Level means the maximum permitted use level for each Use Type, as specified in the applicable Notification Form.
Base Level means the following amounts plus the percentage
Collateral Release Period means each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.
Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.
