Mylar definition

Mylar means a plan of subdivision or plan of survey in a form that can be registered at the Land Titles Office.
Mylar means any mylar or any other transparent window covering which may create a mirror-like effect. Any Mylar installed by Landlord on the exterior windows serving the Premises shall be of a grade which is consistent with the top grade of Mylar then customarily being installed on windows in first-class office buildings located in the downtown Manhattan business district.
