MyGovPay definition

MyGovPay means the Product of Tyler Technologies that allows members of the public to pay for Customer’s services with a credit or other payment card on the Customer’s citizen-facing web portal. “Persolvent” means Persolvent, formerly BankCard Services Worldwide, a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant processing agent through which the EnerGov Software passes credit card transactions.
