MxU Building definition
MxU Building means a residential multi-dwelling unit building or a multi-tenant commercial building. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a residential multi-dwelling unit building or multi-tenant commercial building that is structurally separate from, or does not share an interior connection to, an adjacent building is deemed to be a separate MxU Building, notwithstanding its having common ownership with an adjacent building.
