  • A copy of the plan will be made available at the Company’s Head Office located at Suite 900 – 570 Granville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6C 3P1, until 4:00 pm on the business day immediately preceding the date of the Meeting.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Audit Committee Financial Expert means a person who has the following attributes:

  • Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;

  • Chief Administrative Officer (CAO means the person appointed to the position of chief administrative officer for the Town of Okotoks within the meaning of the Municipal Government Act;

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

  • Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.

  • Special Committee means a committee of the Board of Managers of the Company comprised of two individuals, each of whom qualifies as an Independent Manager.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Finance Director means the Finance Director of the Trust;

  • Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.

  • Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Deputy Chairman means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chairman’s duties if the Chairman is absent for any reason.
