Music Products definition

Music Products means music recordings and other music related merchandise (i.e., compact discs, cassettes tapes, mp3 files and other audio formats, music videos and other audio/video formats, music concert memorabilia, including but not limited to clothing and posters that commemorate the music concert, and recording artist memorabilia, including but not limited to clothing and posters that feature the recording artist).

Music Products. 2 CONFIDENTIAL shall mean pre-recorded music hard goods, digitally distributed music (except live and/or cybercast events), music books (to the extent this Agreement does not conflict with Excite's existing agreement with Amazxx.xxx), xusic-related t-shirts and apparel, and music videos (except live and/or cybercast events). Music Products. 2 CONFIDENTIAL shall mean pre-recorded music hard goods, digitally distributed music (except live and/or cybercast events), music books (to the extent this Agreement does not conflict with Excite's existing agreement with Amazxx.xxx), xusic-related t-shirts and apparel, and music videos (except live and/or cybercast events). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Excite may make available opportunities on the Excite Site to purchase Music Products from parties other than Sponsor if such Music Products are not available from Sponsor so long as, prior to entering into arrangements to make available opportunities to purchase Music Products from parties other than Sponsor, Excite notifies Sponsor of its interest in the Music Products and gives Sponsor thirty (30) days to make the desired Music Products available through the Sponsor Site. Excite and Sponsor acknowledge that certain market opportunities may arise in which the desired Music Products must be made available on less than thirty (30) days advance notice and will work together in good faith to maximize those opportunities. In no event will Excite enter into arrangements to make available opportunities to purchase Music Products from parties other than Sponsor that would prevent Sponsor from being the exclusive source of such Music Products on the Excite Site once the Music Products become available through Sponsor.

Related to Music Products

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Spray buff product means a product designed to restore a worn floor finish in conjunction with a floor buffing machine and special pad.

  • Marijuana-infused products means products that contain marijuana or marijuana extracts and are intended for human use. The term "marijuana-infused products" does not include useable marijuana.

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Business Products means all products and services developed (including products and services for which development is ongoing), manufactured, made commercially available, marketed, distributed, sold, provided, imported for resale or licensed out by or on behalf of the Business or a Company since its inception.
