Municipal Solid Waste or MSW definition
Municipal Solid Waste or MSW means Garbage, household waste, and commercial solid waste; provided that for the purposes of this Agreement, Municipal Solid Waste shall not include Source Separated Recyclables, C&D Waste, Hazardous Waste, Special Handling Waste, Unacceptable Waste, or scrap tires.
Municipal Solid Waste or MSW means garbage, refuse, rubbish, trash, office waste, bulk items and other material, including solid, liquid, semisolid or contained gaseous material resulting from operation of residential and municipal establishments as well as from community activities. The term does not include source separated recyclable or hazardous materials.
Municipal Solid Waste or MSW means refuse generated by and collected from residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and other establishments.
