Municipal sewerage system definition

Municipal sewerage system means a publicly owned domestic wastewater facility or privately owned domestic wastewater facility that is under contract to a municipality.
Municipal sewerage system means the system operated and maintained by the City for the purpose of transporting Sewerage to a treatment facility, and includes the Municipal Sewerage Works;
Municipal sewerage system means municipal sewerage system as defined in section 7-245 of the general statues.
