No person shall place any Encroachment or in any way obstruct or convert to their own use any Municipal Lands without the written authorization and consent of the Director, where applicable.
A: Under our bylaws, the holders of a majority of the outstanding shares of VBI stock entitled to vote constitutes a “quorum” at a meeting of stockholders for the transaction of any business.
