Golf Course means the 18 hole golf course constructed on the Pearl Valley Estate;
Municipal Engineer means the engineer for the Municipality or such person or persons designated in writing from time to time by the Municipality.
Municipal entity means (a) a company, co-operative, trust, fund or any other corporate entity established in terms of any applicable national or provincial legislation, and which operates under the ownership control of one or more municipalities; or (b) a service utility.
Covered Municipal Building means a building or facility that is owned or occupied by the Village that is 1,000 square feet or larger in size.
Municipal Manager means the Municipal Manager of the Municipality.
Municipal bond means a bond or evidence of indebtedness issued by a municipality or other political subdivision of a state.
Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.
municipal services means services provided either by the municipality, or by an external agent on behalf of the municipality in terms of a service delivery agreement.
Municipal tariff means a tariff for services which a municipality may set for the provision of a service to the local community, and includes a surcharge on such tariff;
Municipal Service Area means the geographical area within the legal boundaries of the Municipality where the Company has been granted rights hereunder in connection with, among other matters, Natural Gas Distribution Service, as altered from time to time;
Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.
municipal area means the area of jurisdiction of the municipality demarcated in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Demarcation Act 1998 (Act No 27 of 1998);
municipal service means a service that a municipality in terms of its powers and functions provides or may provide to or for the benefit of the local community irrespective of whether-
apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;
Municipal Property means all property, including lands and buildings, owned, controlled or managed by the Municipality within the Municipal Service Area;
Municipal waste means solid waste that includes garbage, refuse, and trash generated by households, motels, hotels, and recreation facilities, by public and private facilities, and by commercial, wholesale, and private and retail businesses. The term does not include special waste or industrial waste.
Landowner means any person holding fee title, an easement or other interest in property, which allows the person to undertake cropping, livestock management, land disturbing construction activity or maintenance of storm water BMPs on the property.
Ground Lessor means, as to any Site, the “lessor,” “sublessor,” “landlord,” “licensor,” “sublicensor” or similar Person under the related Ground Lease.
Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations, High Yield Municipal Bonds and Inverse Floaters.
Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under provincial legislation.
Quarry means a pit, excavation, or other place made by any means for the purpose of removing Construction Materials or a site identified for such purposes, and includes works, machinery, plants, and buildings below or above ground belonging to or used in connection with a Quarry.
Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.
Airport means public-use airport open to the public without prior permission and without restrictions within the physical capacities of available facilities.
municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;
Municipal separate storm sewer means a conveyance or system of conveyances otherwise known as a municipal separate storm sewer system, including roads with drainage systems, municipal streets, catch basins, curbs, gutters, ditches, manmade channels, or storm drains:
School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.
