Municipal Employee Relations Officer definition

Municipal Employee Relations Officer means the City’s principal representative In matters of employer-employee relations designated pursuant to Section 21, or duly authorized representative.
Municipal Employee Relations Officer means the City’s principal representative in all matters of employer-employee relations designated pursuant to Section 12, or his/her duly authorized representative.
