Municipal Construction Project definition
Municipal Construction Project means any planning, design, construction, deconstruction, or demolition activity performed by a City Department or on a city-owned property.
Municipal Construction Project means any planning, design, or construction activity performed by a City Department or on a city-owned property, including deconstruction; demolition; New Construction; Whole Building Major Renovation; Major Renovation; Tenant Improvement; or building addition or alteration.
Municipal Construction Project means any Capital Project with Building Development Costs equal to or greater than $50,000.00, paid for wholly or in part by the City of Santa Maria to construct or remodel any building, structure, park or parking facility, or any portion thereof, within the limits of the City of Santa Maria, excluding improvements to the public right- of-way or those involving City utility systems.

Municipal Construction Project means a significant construction project undertaken by the Township or on behalf of the Township which involves or affects municipal highways, municipal property or other property, or municipal services, and from which noise will be created that requires an exemption from the provisions of this by-law;
