Multiple-tenant building definition

Multiple-tenant building means a single structure housing more than one business or agency which may or may not incorporate a separate outside access for each enterprise, but not including residential apartment buildings. An example of a multi-tenant building is Delft Square.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located.
