Multiple building complex definition

Multiple building complex means a group of structures housing at least one retail business, office, commercial venture or independent or separate part of a business which shares the same lot, access and/or parking facilities.
Multiple building complex means a group of structures housing more than one type of retail business, office, commercial or manufacturing venture and generally under one ownership and control.
