Multiplayer Subscriber(s) definition

Multiplayer Subscriber(s) means the average number of [***] Subscribers during an Accounting Period, each of which must have: (i) created a “gamertag” for use on Xbox Live; (ii) paid a fee to establish, migrate or renew an active, fee-based subscription account to Xbox Live, which is currently branded as “Xbox Live Gold” (excluding any Subscribers in a “free-trial” period); and (iii) an Xbox Live account that is not delinquent (as determined by Microsoft’s standard practices). If a bundled multiplayer subscription includes multiple paid Xbox Live accounts and gamertags, the number of Multiplayer Subscribers attributable to such multiplayer subscription will be [***]. For avoidance of doubt, Subscribers, trial users, and Guests will not be counted as Multiplayer Subscribers.

Examples of Multiplayer Subscriber(s) in a sentence

  • If: (i) Publisher is [xxxx] in terms of Xbox LIVE Share in the applicable Accounting Period, (ii) the [xxxx] number of Paying Multiplayer Subscribers meets or exceeds [xxxx], and (iii) the subscription fee for real time multiplayer game play over Xbox LIVE is [xxxx], then Microsoft will pay Publisher the Incentive set forth in the table in Section 3 below.

Related to Multiplayer Subscriber(s)

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Unique User ID means a string of characters that identifies a specific user and which, in conjunction with a password, passphrase or other mechanism, authenticates a user to an information system.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period;

  • Subscriber Shares means the Shares which the subscribers to the Instrument of the ICAV agree to subscribe for as more particularly hereinafter set forth after their names.

  • User ID means the unique identifier that is assigned by the Company to each Authorized User and to each automated trading system employed by a Participant or Authorized Trader and, in the case of such an automated trading system, linked to the User ID that is assigned to a single Authorized User.

  • Subscribed Channels means the a-la-carte channels and/or the bouquet of pay channels subscribed by the Licensee (from amongst the Channels), as are specifically identified by the Licensee by assigning tick marks (✔) as yes against such a-la-carte channels and bouquet of pay channels listed in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement, respectively.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Purchaser/ User means ultimate recipient of goods and services

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Minimum Subscription means the minimum subscription from time to time specified in the Prospectus.

  • Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).

  • IDSL or "ISDN Digital Subscriber Line" or "Integrated Services Digital Network Digital Subscriber Line" is a symmetrical, baseband DSL technology that permits the bi- directional transmission of up to 128 Kbps using ISDN CPE but not circuit switching.

  • RN means Registered Nurse.

  • Digital Subscriber Line (DSL means as defined in Attachment 14 - xDSL Loops.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • CDSL means Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • ADSL or "Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line" is a Passband digital loop transmission technology that typically permits the transmission of up to 8 Mbps downstream (from the Central Office to the End User Customer) and up to 1 Mbps digital signal upstream (from the End User Customer to the Central Office) over one (1) copper pair. "HDSL" or "High-Data Rate Digital Subscriber Line" is a synchronous baseband DSL technology operating over one or more copper pairs. HDSL can offer 784 Kbps circuits over a single copper pair, T1 service over two (2) copper pairs, or future E1 service over three (3) copper pairs. "HDSL2" or "High-Data Rate Digital Subscriber Line 2" is a synchronous baseband DSL technology operating over a single pair capable of transporting a bit rate of 1.544 Mbps.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • SFDC means xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
