Multiemployer Welfare Plan definition

Multiemployer Welfare Plan means a Welfare Plan that is a "multiemployer plan," as defined in Section 3(37) of ERISA.
Multiemployer Welfare Plan means any “employee welfare benefit plan” (as such term is defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA) that is a “multiemployer plan” (as such term is defined in Section 3(37) of ERISA.

More Definitions of Multiemployer Welfare Plan

Multiemployer Welfare Plan means a Collective Bargaining Benefit Plan that is a “welfare benefit plan” within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA.
