MULTI-YEAR OPERATING PROGRAM means the annual document describing transit operating programs, which could include the implementation of local bus, express bus, Bus Rapid Transit, and commuter rail services. It will describe service changes planned for the year and preliminary service proposals and financial projection for the subsequent years. A detailed report on the status of each bus and rail route shall also be included, along with performance objectives for the coming year. The document shall also describe administrative, planning, marketing, or other functions that are not directly accounted for in specific infrastructure project delivery or allocated to service delivery, but which are essential to the implementation of the Transit Plan.

MULTI-YEAR SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN” shall mean the annual or regular process and document that determines and describes the order in which projects and services are scheduled to be implemented and added to the transit network. The projects and priorities outlined in this document will be reflected in the annual and multi-year documents of the WAKE COUNTY TRANSIT WORK PLAN. “MULTIYEAR VISION PLAN” or the “WAKE COUNTY TRANSIT VISION PLAN” shall mean a plan adopted by CAMPO, GoTriangle, and Wake County, outlining multiple decades of investment in transit and transit infrastructure. This plan shall align with and /or be a part of other CAMPO transportation investment plans.

Related to MULTI-YEAR OPERATING PROGRAM

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Gross Operating Profit For any Fiscal Year, the excess of Gross Revenues for such Fiscal Year over Gross Operating Expenses for such Fiscal Year.

  • Operating Profit means the excess of Gross Revenues over the following deductions (“Deductions”) incurred by Manager, on behalf of Owner, in operating the Hotel:

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Revenue Operations Date (ROD) means the date of operation of Metro

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Budget year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;

  • Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Trust which is prepared in accordance with clause 8.1;

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Debt service extension base means an amount equal to that

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).

  • Operating Profits means, as applied to any Person for any period, the operating income of such Person for such period, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
