Multi-user License definition

Multi-user License has the meanings set out in section 3.4.
Multi-user License means a license for an agreed number of concurrent users, instead of one or more single users.
Multi-user License means the license rights granted pursuant to Section 2.c. of this License Agreement.

Examples of Multi-user License in a sentence

  • The Licensee’s number of authorized users of the Software under the Multi-user License, if more than one, is stated in the Invoice or otherwise in writing from IAR Systems or IAR Distributors.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, IAR Systems hereby grants to the Licensee a personal, non- transferable and non-exclusive Multi-user License to use the Software.

  • The audit will be conducted at Symetri’s expense, unless the audit reveals an underpayment of license fees for the relevant period and/or if the audit reveals that Single User License or Multiuser License has been used by any other person than a named user in which case the Customer shall reimburse Symetri for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Symetri in connection with such audit, together with any applicable license fees.

  • It is explicitly prohibited to have a SUA for only a portion of licenses in a Multi-user License such as a Network License.

  • To the extent the relevant license granted is a Multi-user License, the terms in this section 3.4 shall apply.

  • With a Multiuser License the user signs in by entering email and password upon launching the License Management Services to activate and use the Licensed Programs.

  • Under a Multiuser License the Licensed Programs can be used by the named users that the license is assigned to by the Customer only so long as the maximum number of concurrent users does not exceed the permitted number of users or other limits specified in the Agreement or in the Documentation.

  • The license set out in Clause 2.1 above is granted either as a Single User License, a Multiuser License, a Server License or a Token License, as specified in the Agreement.

  • Under a Multiuser License the Licensed Programs can be installed to multiple devices where the access to Licensed Programs is limited to one (1) device and one (1) active user for each license at the time and requires the user to be validated by signing in to the License Management Services.

  • To the extent the Product license granted is a Multi-user License, the terms in this 3.4 shall apply.


More Definitions of Multi-user License

Multi-user License means a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App and/or Services on Devices, subject to these Terms and any Third Party App Terms which are incorporated into these Terms by reference, purchased for use by a Person that requires multiple Users to have access to and to utilise the App and/or Services;
Multi-user License means a license that is valid for an arbitrary number of installations on an arbitrary number of computers which are all located at one single physical site of a company or institution.
Multi-user License refers to a variation of this agreement where “one” is replace by the number of agreed users who can use the Service; and
