Multi-Lender Loan Paper definition

Multi-Lender Loan Paper means Loan Paper owing from an Account Debtor that has also obtained loans, advances or other extensions of credit from a Working Capital Lender.
Multi-Lender Loan Paper means collectively: (a) a loan agreement among Borrower and certain other unaffiliated institutional lenders, as lenders or co-lenders (each such other Person, a “Co-Lender”), an agent (if one is appointed) for Borrower and such Co-Lenders, which may be Borrower (the “ Multi-Lender Agent”), and an unaffiliated Account Debtor, as the borrower, pursuant to which Borrower and such Co-Lenders have financed the working capital or growth capital of, such Account Debtor in the ordinary course of business of such Account Debtor for the Account Debtor’s business or commercial purposes, (b) the promissory notes payable to the order of Borrower by such Account Debtor issued in connection therewith (including all related Notes Payable), (c) all contracts, security agreements, guaranties, assignments, mortgages, undertakings, purchase agreements, intercreditor and/or subordination agreements, Transaction Warrants, and other related documents, instruments and agreements executed or delivered in connection with any of the foregoing, including any agreement relating to the terms of payment or the terms of performance of any Account or Note Receivable, and (d) any and all schedules, exhibits, riders, amendments, modifications and supplements to the foregoing.

Related to Multi-Lender Loan Paper

  • Borrower Loan Agreement means this Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Revolving Loan Obligations means any Obligations with respect to the Revolving Loans (including without limitation, the principal thereof, the interest thereon, and the fees and expenses specifically related thereto).

  • Term Loan Obligations means the “Obligations” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Revolving Loan Agreement means that certain Revolving Credit and Security Credit Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by and among Revolving Loan Agent, the Revolving Loan Lenders and the Loan Parties, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent not prohibited by the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Term Loan Credit Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • DIP Lender means a lender under the DIP Facility.

  • Revolving Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • Borrower Loan Documents shall have the meaning given such term in the Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Funding Loan Documents means (i) this Funding Loan Agreement, (ii) the Borrower Loan Agreement, (iii) the Regulatory Agreement, (iv) the Tax Certificate, (v) the Borrower Loan Documents, (vi) all other documents evidencing, securing, governing or otherwise pertaining to the Funding Loan, and (vii) all amendments, modifications, renewals and substitutions of any of the foregoing.

  • Revolving Loan Lender means a Lender with a Revolving Credit Commitment or a Revolving Loan.

  • Term Loan Lender means a Lender with a Term Loan Commitment or an outstanding Term Loan.

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Revolving Loan Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit 2.5-1, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • First Lien Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Lender PMI Loans Mortgage Loans with respect to which the lender rather than the borrower acquired the primary mortgage guaranty insurance and charged the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Co-Lender Agreement With respect to any Loan Combination, the co-lender agreement, intercreditor agreement, agreement among noteholders or similar agreement, dated as of the date set forth in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Date of Co-Lender Agreement” and governing the relative rights of the holders of the related Mortgage Loan and Companion Loan(s), as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof. A Co-Lender Agreement exists with respect to each Loan Combination as of the Closing Date.

  • Term Loan B has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Term Credit Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Revolving Loan Facility means the credit facility or portion thereof established by Lender in favor of Borrower for the purpose of providing working capital in the form of loans and/or Letters of Credit to finance the manufacture, production or purchase and subsequent export sale of Items pursuant to Loan Documents under which Credit Accommodations may be made and repaid on a continuous basis based solely on credit availability on the Export-Related Borrowing Base during the term of such credit facility

  • Funding Loan Agreement means this Funding Loan Agreement, of even date herewith, by and among the Funding Lender, the Governmental Lender and the Fiscal Agent, as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended by one or more funding loan agreements, indentures or other instruments supplemental hereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof.

  • Term Loan Agent means “Term Loan Agent” as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Second Lien Loan Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Term Loan Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Term Loan Lender evidencing the portion of the Term Loans made by such Term Loan Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-3, and any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.

  • Term Loan A has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Revolving Loan Notes means with respect to any Borrower the promissory notes of such Borrower in favor of each Lender evidencing the Revolving Loans made to such Borrower and substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.7(a), as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

  • Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender (including an Incremental Revolving Facility Lender) with a Revolving Facility Commitment or with outstanding Revolving Facility Loans.
