Multi-Family Units definition

Multi-Family Units. - shall mean the individual dwelling units served through the Multi- family Residential Connection's master meter and shall include condominiums and all individual dwelling units served by a master meter.
Multi-Family Units means a dwelling which includes five or more individual living units under single ownership.
Multi-Family Units means any residence, or group of residences, with two (2) or more dwelling units, including any flat, apartment, duplex, triplex, condominium, town home or other premises, other than a hotel or motel, used for housing persons, including such premises when combined in the same building with commercial establishments, and serviced with one (1) or more common containers.

More Definitions of Multi-Family Units

Multi-Family Units means a Developed Residential Parcel with an approved land use for three or more attached residential units owned in common.
Multi-Family Units meansmeans a dwelling whichthat includes three or more individual living units and whichthat receives communal refuse and/or recycling services., or both.
Multi-Family Units means dwelling units such as apartments, condominiums and town homes, each with separate cooking and bathing facilities, other than Single Family Dwellings , which utilize Multi-Family Containers for the temporary accumulation and collection of Solid Waste. Solid Waste accumulated or generated at Multi- Family Units is covered by this Agreement.
Multi-Family Units and "Multi-units" - shall mean the individual dwelling units served through the Multi-family Residential Connection's meter and shall include apartments, townhouses, condominiums, mobile homes and all individual dwelling units served by a single or master meter, or any connection that serves more than one living unit or is serviced by more than one utility meter of the same type of utility (e.g. two electric meters which are billed separately).
