Multi-Family Dwelling Complex definition
Multi-Family Dwelling Complex as used in this chapter means a grouping of individual buildings which are arranged, intended or designed for occupancy by 3 or more families, commonly referred to as apartments, town homes, or condominiums.
Multi-Family Dwelling Complex means one (1) or more multi-family dwellings occupying a common parcel of land, operating under a common name, and having a common owner, manager or homeowner's association, and shall include all common areas within and upon such land.
Multi-Family Dwelling Complex or “MFD Complex” means Multi-Family Dwellings that have centralized Collection for all dwelling units in the complex and are billed to one address.
