The CAAC, the IAC and the MTRF agree that they will not copy, release, or show proprietary data obtained from either authority to anyone other than the CAAC or the IAC or the MTRF employee without written consent of the design approval holder or other data submitter.

Upon request, and after mutual agreement, and as resources permit, the CAAC, the IAC and the MTRF may provide technical assistance to each other when significant activities are conducted in either China or the Russian Federation.
